Shipping Policy
- Samples: Shipped via international express (e.g. DHL/UPS/FedEx) under DDP terms, including duties and taxes. Transit time usually 5–7 business days.
- Bulk Orders: For OEM/ODM production, we arrange shipments under FOB (Port of Shanghai/Ningbo) or EXW (Factory). Final shipping method (sea freight, air freight, rail) will be confirmed with the buyer based on order volume and destination.
- Lead Time: Production and shipping schedules are confirmed individually for each order, depending on fabric type, quantity, and customization level.
- Logistics Support: We assist in preparing commercial invoices, packing lists, HS codes, and related export documentation.
